I've spent thirty years inside the decisions — not watching from outside. CFO through three NASDAQ and TSX IPOs. Restructuring agent kept on by the trustees after a multi-billion $ bankruptcy. Co-founder who had a deal closing on 9/11 and had to make it work anyway.

I've raised more than $400M in capital — from angels, Series A–D, pension funds, and institutions — across telecom, technology, biotech, real estate, wealth management, and a dozen startups no one's heard of. Some made it. Some didn't. I learned something useful from every single one.

I work with a small number of owners at a time. The work is hands-on. I take upside in the outcomes I help create. That keeps us aligned.

Outside the boardroom: 2nd degree black belt, car racer, musician, grandfather. All of it runs on the same wiring — discipline, precision under pressure, and a high tolerance for discomfort before the win.
